Massage treatments are done using various materials like medicated oils, medicinal rice puddings, leaves of highly potent medicinal plants warmed with medicated oils, powdered herbs, etc.
THONI
In all cases of treatments, the patient is made to lie down on a trough called thoni carved out from a special wood. This is in accordance with the ancient custom and is said to give additional curative effect.

TIME TAKEN
One session will be for one half hours, i.e. About 45 minutes to one hour massaging and about 15-20 minutes for bath.
FREQUENCY
Each kind of Treatment has to be repeated according to the requirements of the individual and is prescribed by the Physician for a certain number of days. However, the massage for the normally healthy persons to get POSITIVE HEALTH may be done even just once.
THE BATH
In all cases of massage therapies, the person is given a bath in the attached bath room by the masseurs themselves using Ayurvedic powder and medicated water.
WORKING HOURS
Our working hours are from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We work on all seven days of the week. Massages are done outside the normal hours in special cases at special rates.
TIME SLOT
For proper allotment of room and masseurs, the following time-slots are available for the customers to choose from and reserve according to their convenience. We have 5 treatment rooms with attached bath rooms.

- 9:00 am to 10:30 am
- 10:30 am to 12 noon
- 12 noon to 1:30 pm
- 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
- 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm

MASSEURS
We have both male and female masseurs for men and women customers respectively.
RESTRICTIONS: It is advisable not to take any food for 1-2 hours prior to the time of treatment.
FOR LADIES: It is not allowed to have massage during the time of monthly periods.
REST AND RELAXATION: Best results are obtained if the mind and body are kept free from stress and strain
PAYMENT: Charges for different kinds of massage treatments are all inclusive; i.e. Cost of medicines, medicated oils, medicinal water, and other materials used. Terms – Cash.
CONSULTATION: Qualified Ayurvedic Doctor will be available from 9 am to 1 pm except on Sunday’s.
MEDICINES: We use high quality Ayurvedic medicines manufactured by Mukthi Pharma who is the FIRST recipient of GMP certificate in South Kerala.
ACCOMMODATION: We will reserve rooms at any hotel in Trivandrum, for which payment may be made directly to them by the patients.

Rejuvination therapy (Rasayana chikitsa)-14 days
This treatment includes body massage with medicated oil and cream, internal rejuvinative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to 2 hours per day for 7 – 14 days. This therapy is to rejuvenate mind, body and soul, to tone up skin, to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.
Body purification therapy (Shodhana therapy)-15 days
It is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha, pitha and kapha based on the panchakarma and swethakarma treatment. The 15 day package process include body massage, snehapanam, nasyam, virechanam (medcated purgative), snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, karnapooranam, tharpanam, sirovasthi, steam bath and internal herbal medicines.

Body immunization therapy / Longivity Treatment (Kaya kalpa chikitsa)-28 days
This is the prime treatment in Ayurveda for reducing ageing process, arresting the digenciation of the body cells and immunization of the system. Giving rasayana internally is the main part of this programme based on the panchakarma and swethakarma treatment. The 28 day package process includes body massage, snehapanam, nasyam, snehavasthi, dhara, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, tharpanam, sirovasthi, karnapoornam and medicated steam bath. This treatment is best effective if taken before the age of 60.
Psoriasis Rx programme-21 days
This is an effective treatment for all types of Psoriasis. This special ayurvedic treatment programme last for 21 – 28 days. This programme includes special lepanam, abhyangam, snehapanam, pizhichil, medicated steam bath and sirovasthi along with exclusively prepared internal herbal medicines.
Slimming programme-28 days
This includes two types of massages, medicated herbal powder massage and medicated herbal oil massage. These two massages will be given for 28 days. This programme also includes medicated steam bath intake of herbal juices and herbal tea. A very special Ayurvedid diet is advised during the treatment period.
Beauty care programme-10 days
In this programme herbal facepack, herbal cream massage, herbal oil massage, intake of herbal tea and steam bath are included.
Spine and neck care programme-10 days
This is a special treatment to keep your spini neck healthy and to cure the problems related with it.The programme includes special massage, kadivasthi, snehavasthi, kasayavasthi, pizhichil, njavarakizhi, special exercise etc.
Stress relieving programme-21 days
This is 2 hour programme. This treatment includes body massage, nasyam, shirodhara, shirovasthi along with internal medicines. This therapy is to relieve stress, depression etc.
Sirodhara is doing on head for the treatment of insomnia, depression, chronic head aches, neurological disorders etc.

The five purification therapies (’Panchakarma’) are:-
SNEHAVASTI: Medicated oil enema
KASHAYA VASTI: Herbal decoction enema. For the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, low back pain, flatulence, hemiplegia etc.
VAMANA: Oral administration of herbal emetic medicines to induce vomiting. For the treatment of bronchial asthma, cough, epilepsy, anaemia etc. This therapy eliminates the morbid factors from the upper parts of the body.
VIRECHANA: Oral administration of herbal purgative drugs to eliminate the morbid factors from lower parts of the body. For the treatment of skin diseases, urinary disorders, digestive disorders and arthritis.
NASYAM: Administration of medicated herbal preparations, decoctions, oils and ghee into the nostrils to eliminate the morbid factors from the head and neck.
