Return & Refund Policy

At Mukthi Pharma, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic medicines, herbal formulations, wellness products, and personal care solutions. Every product is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product was damaged during transit.
• The product has expired upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, seals, and invoice.
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Mukthi Pharma reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products.
• Products with broken or removed seals.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.
• Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales, unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:

• Order Number
• Product Name
• Clear photographs of the product
• Images of the outer packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are generally credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer after verifying your bank account details.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, Mukthi Pharma may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered products.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, defective, or expired product), Mukthi Pharma will bear the return shipping charges.
• In other approved cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please do not return any product without receiving confirmation from our customer support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, if the delivered product qualifies under our return eligibility criteria, you may request a return or replacement.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may not be approved in the following situations:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
• Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
• Damage caused after successful delivery.
• Delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• Minor variations in product packaging that do not affect product quality, safety, or effectiveness.
