• Once your order is confirmed, it is typically processed within 2–4 business days.
• Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• During festivals, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

Mukthi Pharma currently ships across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you regarding your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Kerala: 2–4 business days
• South India: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days
• Remote or rural locations: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and local conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Mukthi Pharma may offer free shipping on selected products or orders that meet a minimum purchase value. Such offers will be clearly communicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) with your shipment tracking details.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Incorrect contact information
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to Mukthi Pharma. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Transportation disruptions
• Courier network delays
• Government restrictions
• High order volumes

Mukthi Pharma is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen events.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or appears incomplete, please:

• Do not accept the package if it is visibly damaged or tampered with.
• Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number along with photographs of the package and product.

We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, where applicable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mukthi Pharma will not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for all locations in india, subject to courier service availability.

Mukthi Pharma reserves the right to limit or withdraw COD services for certain locations without prior notice.

Currently, Mukthi Pharma ships only within India.
