Mukthi Health Care Centre is an Ayurvedic health care centre in Trivandrum built around a holistic approach to healing, balance and longevity. We offer traditional and authentic Ayurveda and Panchakarma treatment from Kerala, the land of Ayurveda, matched to your body type, your dosha imbalances and the ailments you want treated.
Whether you follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle, love wellness practices or simply need to detoxify and de-stress, the centre gives you a quiet space for restoration, rejuvenation and peace. Every therapy is carried out by trained therapists under the direct guidance of a specialised Ayurveda physician.
We build customised Panchakarma packages for detoxification, obesity, sleep disorders, stress management, mental health and skin diseases. Your package is designed after an Ayurvedic consultation in Trivandrum, so the therapies, oils and diet plan match your dosha and your health goals.
Each therapy is prescribed after consultation, so the oils, the timing and the duration suit your constitution rather than a fixed menu.
Warm medicated oil massage delivered with rhythmic strokes to loosen stiff muscles, improve circulation and settle the nervous system. Often the first step in a longer Panchakarma course.

For long-standing complaints, we run condition-specific programs rather than single sittings. Your physician decides the length of the course after assessment.
Our wellness wing cares for the mind, body and skin with the same ancient wisdom that guides our clinical work. Herbal therapies, rejuvenating massages and skin care treatments use natural, time-tested preparations, and each one is chosen to restore balance rather than mask a symptom.

Every treatment plan here is written by a qualified physician, not by a therapist or a package menu. Our team sees you before treatment starts, reviews you through the course and adjusts the plan as your body responds.
At Mukthi, care goes past the treatment table. We want you to leave with your confidence, your comfort and your peace of mind restored.
A full team of B.A.M.S physicians supervises every case, and our therapists are trained in classical Kerala protocols before they treat a patient.
No two bodies hold the same imbalance. Your therapies, oils, internal medicines and diet are decided after your assessment.
Dedicated treatment rooms, steam and dhara units, and separate arrangements for men and women, all kept to strict hygiene standards.
We treat the cause alongside the symptom, which is why diet, sleep and daily routine form part of every plan we write.
Backing from the Mukthi Pharma research and development wing gives our physicians access to proprietary formulations developed in-house.
Clear pricing, honest timelines and a physician who tells you what Ayurveda can and cannot do for your condition.

The physician takes a full history, reads your pulse and assesses your body type and dosha imbalance. You then get a written plan covering the therapies suggested, how long the course will run and what to eat and avoid. The first visit takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
It depends on the condition. A short detox can run 7 days, while chronic complaints such as spondylitis or arthritis usually need 14 to 21 days. Your physician confirms the length after assessment, and we tell you the full cost before you begin.
Most patients come in daily for their session and go home afterwards. Some Panchakarma procedures need rest and a controlled diet on the day, and your physician will tell you in advance if that applies to you.
